I told them I would have to update my TD Account name from Jonah ***** to Jonah ****** ***** in order for the deposit to be successful. I contacted support and was told I would have to deposit the initial deposit amount first and I would then be able to withdraw my funds. In doing so the ACH was shortly after rejected and I lost all access to my account.
