I told them I would have to update my TD Account name from Jonah ***** to Jonah ****** ***** in order for the deposit to be successful. I contacted support and was told I would have to deposit the initial deposit amount first and I would then be able to withdraw my funds. Years later I attempted to withdraw my funds, but then my account was frozen. Anywho I contacted TD Ameritrade's support team about this and was basically refunded the bounced deposit fee as a courtesy. I use my full name including middle name, Jonah ****** *****, with my bank (********). The initial deposit was then taken out of my account leaving me with the profits. I made profit on my investment, but the bank deposit was returned due to a name issue.
I initiated a transfer deposit and purchased stock with the instant balance I received. I did everything in my power to cure this issue. I would like my remaining balance on my account. I have been informed that I can not do any further business and I can’t receive the moneys left in the account. name Brandon who was having trouble completing the wire due to the account closure. I received a call from my bank with a TD rep. I called around market close and spoke with Francis who instructed me to cancel the wire as she saw the account is now closed. I went to my bank and initiated an expedited wire in an attempt to cure the issue in the amount of $******.
I contacted Td Ameritrade to figure out what had happen and I was informed that the account was under review for “Fraud” and I needed to deposit the $****** within 48 hours to keep my profits, the representatives name was Charlie. In doing so the ACH was shortly after rejected and I lost all access to my account. On June 2, my account stated I had the ability to withdraw the profits I had made on the trades form the prior week, and I decided to initiate a transfer. I decided to wait a few more business days come the following week to see if the funds would get pulled from my bank account and TD would re-initiate the ACH. Puzzled as I had the $****** in the bank account. I immediately call TD Ameritrade and ask what had happen and I wasn’t given much information aside from that I need to try to initiate the ACH again, however, since it was post 6:00 PM Eastern time the deposit team was closed. Come Friday May 26, approximately 2-3 days after I initiated the ACH the balance, my balance is reversed for approximately the amount of the ACH transfer. I made multiple trades through out the week and accrued about ********* ******* in profits. The fund were available to trade after I initiated my ACH transfer. The account had margin and option trading and I was allowed ** leverage to trade specific stocks. On May of 2023 I opened a TD Ameritrade account with an initial deposit of $******.
